Hand painted wooden jewelry box.
Made in India and restored and hand painted by me.
I started to restore this box by sanding the box down, ripping out the old lining, sanding the inside, and I then relined it with crushed maroon Velvet.
I painted the flowers in a dark purple with fuchsia centers, the leaves are painted in various shades of green, and the center of the top is accented with painted gold flowers in heart shaped design...
